1. Scope

These terms apply to all subscription contracts concluded between France IPTV and the customer through this website or the related WhatsApp ordering channel.

2. Subscription & pricing

Pricing is shown on the /preise page in the customer's currency. The contract begins when the access credentials are delivered.

3. Refund policy

Customers in the EU have a 14-day money-back guarantee — see the dedicated /widerruf page for the full procedure.

4. Liability

Liability for indirect damages and loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in the customer's country apply unconditionally.

5. Governing law

The law of the seller's country applies, subject to mandatory consumer-law provisions of the customer's country.
